The Facility will not be open on Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
A card style “Tip Pass” has been distributed to rate payers with their Rates Notice. It is on the front of the “Information Booklet” enclosed with the Rates Notice
This will permit the householder to deposit household waste at the site until 30 June of the respective year.
Commercial waste, non-
The gate attendant has the discretion to charge fees pro rata of the stipulated fee based on a volume estimate that is delivered to the facility.
Recycling
All collected recyclables will be sorted at the material recovery facility (MRF) in Gandy St Manjimup – at the moment collected recyclables from Bridgetown-
Occupiers / Owners of Dwellings
If you are renting or occupying a dwelling you will need to obtain a tip pass from the owner of the premises. Alternatively you can purchase a tip pass from the Shire at a discounted rate.
Asbestos
Asbestos can be accepted at the Waste Management Facility but is subject to special controls. It is advisable to contact the Nannup Shire to arrange for disposal, phone 9756 1018.
