Nannup commemorates the ANZAC Centenary this weekend and encourages all community members and visitors to attend events.

A banner is being promoted that residents and visitors can write their messages for ANZAC on.  The banner will be located at the Community Resource Centre until the 24th April and then will be displayed near the ANZAC memorial on the 25th.

Friday 24th April: 

7pm for 7.30pm Nannup Town Hall.  

Simulcast of ‘Black Diggers’,

RSVP 9756 3022.  BYO nibbles and drinks, entry by donation

Saturday 25th April:

6am: Dawn service, followed by Gunfire breakfast at Bowling Club

9.30am:  Official opening of Avenue of Honour, Higgins St. 

10am: RAAF salute, fly over by Roulettes

10.30am: Cooee march from Higgins St to fall in march area (near Louise’s Kitchen) Warren Rd

11am: ANZAC service

12 noon: RSL Hall for refreshments

7pm: Screening of film ‘Gallipoli’ Nannup Town Hall
