Assessment Form
Who can receive the services?
Home and Garden Maintenance Services are intended to maximise the ability of people to live independently in the community. You may be eligible to receive services if you:
- Are older and having difficulties with everyday tasks
- Have a disability
- Are recovering from illness and surgery
- Are currently living independently in the community
Services include
- Gardening (not including lawn mowing)
- Fire preparedness
- Changing smoke detector batteries
- Chopping or providing firewood
- Cleaning hard to reach windows
- Change light bulbs
How much will it cost?
Cost estimates are available from the Nannup Men’s Shed.
If you would like to receive Home Maintenance and Gardening services you will need to be assessed for eligibility.
