With the school motto “Truth”, students achieve high standards of academic and social achievement through participation and engagement in the school’s inclusive, safe and stimulating learning environments.  Nannup DHS has a dedicated, hardworking, skilled and professional staff. The school sources funding to immerse students in a range of cultural, curriculum enrichment, academic extension, sporting events and camps.

School facilities include a new art/craft/music room, computer laboratory, home economics room, design and technology centre, pre-primary centre, library, one oval and an undercover assembly and activity area.  All classrooms contain computers which are networked throughout the school and interactive whiteboards. The Secondary students are provided with an IPAD for classroom use. The school also has access to the nearby indoor sport and recreation centre to participate in a range of indoor sports.

A school bus service is available to transport students to the school from surrounding farms and outer residential areas.  The school currently caters for students from Pre-primary to Year 10.  Other educational facilities in Nannup include a playgroup, day care centre, Community Kindergarten and Nannup Resource Centre. There is a daily bus service to transport Year 11 and 12 students to nearby Busselton Senior High School and to Manjimup SHS.

Parents and local businesses willingly provide partnerships with the school to support and participate in the school’s educational and recreational program.  Both the P&C and the School Council play an important and active role in the school. NDHS is an integral part of the local community. The children participate in community events and locals willingly volunteer and support the school. The Flower and Garden Festival, Nannup Music Festival, Nannup Arts Council, One Life, Nannup Hospital, Volunteer Fire Brigade, local police and RSL have all involved our students in their programs through displaying their art, writing, choir performances, and as visitors in their learning programs.
